One of our key objectives when developing the new procedure was to optimise (minimise) the use of synthetic resin binding agent in the track ballast. Thanks to our new application technology developed in-house we can now precisely determine the amount of synthetic resin binding agent used. This also prevents plastic components that have not been cleanly mixed from being washed out in the event of water passage and getting into the ground water. This clearly differentiates the automatic application technology from all other ballast bonding solutions available on the market.

Each year, we invest around 18% of our total turnover in research and development so as to retain our position as global market leader in the field of ballast bonding. The careful use of resources is more important than ever!
